QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field.
2. At least 1 year relevant work experience in Finance or Accounting or similar field preferred.
3. Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Finance Income Associate is responsible for assisting in managing all aspects of a company's activities involving credit (Accounts Receivables) given to clients and customers, with a focus on supporting the collection of payments on delinquent accounts.
2. Assist in the collection department by supporting staff with motivation, strategy, and direction to meet the company's collection needs.
3. Assist in monitoring the collections and billing process.
4. Ensure the accuracy of reports and assist in implementing solutions to improve the process under the guidance of senior associates or managers.
5. Help monitor the Regional Finance Collection Team's activities.
6. Support collection activities such as sending follow-up inquiries, assisting with negotiations on past-due accounts, and maintaining cash receipts.
7. Monitor work schedules, assist with assignment duties, and ensure work is completed accurately and in accordance with company policies.
8. Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
