As our Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing influencer partnerships, while continuously monitoring industry trends and consumer sentiment to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of luxury
beauty conversations.
This role requires deep expertise in social listening, influencer strategy, and historical aesthetics, with the ability to react to real-time beauty movements and shape brand narratives accordingly.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Campaign Development
- Develop a historically inspired influencer strategy that aligns with our commitment to vintage glamour and luxury quality.
- Monitor and evaluate social trends, viral beauty moments, and emerging digital behaviors, ensuring influencer partnerships align with industry shifts.
- Plan agile influencer campaigns, adapting strategies based on evolving consumer interests and real-time market trends. Manage a monthly budget for UGC and report on return on investment.
- Utilize storytelling techniques while integrating modern engagement strategies to maintain brand authenticity.
2. Social Listening & Trend Analysis
- Conduct daily social listening across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beauty forums like Reddit to capture evolving conversations in luxury cosmetics.
- Identify viral color trends, beauty techniques, and nostalgia-driven consumer demands relevant to our brand heritage.
- React to timely moments by curating influencer collaborations that capitalize on trending topics while maintaining brand integrity.
- Track competitor influencer strategies, benchmarking against emerging industry shifts in content, messaging, and engagement metrics.
3. Influencer Identification & Relationship Management
- Curate partnerships with relevant beauty influencers, makeup artists, and costume designers passionate about historical cosmetics, timeless glamour and luxurious collectable packaging.
- Negotiate structured agreements, covering exclusivity terms, licensing rights, and creative direction.
- Monitor influencer performance, ensuring content aligns with brand prestige and resonates with luxury beauty audiences.
- Cultivate long-term influencer relationships, turning top-performing creators into brand ambassadors.
4. Content Creation & Aesthetic Oversight
- Guide influencers in creating authentic, relevant content that showcases our attention to detail.
- Ensure influencer photography meets film-inspired lighting standards, maintaining the integrity of color reproductions.
- Review and approve all influencer campaigns, ensuring brand values, aesthetics, and storytelling elements are upheld.
- Implement creative briefs tailored to golden-age glamour, incorporating vintage beauty techniques and film-era styling.
5. Budget Planning & Compensation Strategy
- Develop structured tier-based compensation plans, including flat fees, affiliate commissions, and performance bonuses.
- Allocate budgets effectively, balancing high-profile influencer partnerships with micro-influencer engagement strategies for most effective use of the monthly budget.
- Assess ROI, ensuring influencer collaborations enhance brand legacy and sales growth.
6. Performance Analysis & Brand Alignment
- Track influencer content performance using KPIs like audience engagement, conversions, and brand sentiment.
- Adjust strategies based on consumer response to beauty storytelling, optimizing future partnerships.
- Maintain historical integrity, ensuring influencer collaborations educate audiences on classic beauty trends or new interpretations of beauty rituals.
- Monitor brand reputation, ensuring influencers maintain our company's standard of elegance and heritage beauty.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, luxury beauty, and brand storytelling.
- Expertise in social media trends, influencer-brand relationships, and prestige cosmetics.
- Strong knowledge of beauty history, classic Hollywood aesthetics, and color theory.
- Exceptional negotiation, creative direction, and performance analysis skills.
- Ability to interpret social listening data and adjust marketing strategies in real time.
- Passion for luxury cosmetics and storytelling through historically inspired brand collaborations.
