Responsibilities
- Develop and pitch creative marketing ideas and campaigns
- Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Oversee content creation, ensure brand alignment, and manage influencer contracts and deliverables
- Research, connect, and build relationships with influencers
- Monitor key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize campaigns based on data insghts
- Ensure influencer content follows legal guidelines (FTC disclosures, copyrights) and brand standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or other related fields
- At least 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management
- Ability to engage with influencers, negotiate contracts, and build lasting partnerships
- Ability to identify trending content and develop engaging influencer campaigns
- Organzied, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiplecampaigns simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
