Infrastructure Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Performing daily system activities
• Jointly with a team that provides 24/7 operational services

* 2nd level support for issues related to infrastructure including IaaS and PaaS components * Performs system checks and basic maintenance plans

• Troubleshoots system operating problems and determine the cause of system interruptions
• Eventually Assist DevOps/Application Teams creating and handling monitoring and troubleshooting tasks
• Assist in coordination and resolution of problems
• Create document procedures and operational workflows
• Linux Operative System competence (with Windows experience is a plus)

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft Azure working with IaaS and PaaS in Microsoft Azure such as Managed SQL webapps etc
• Preferably knowledge in SQL administration and IIS administration knowledge on Grafana, Kubernetes and Dynatrace is a plus
• Thorough experience with the ability to incorporate the information onto a software program used in the fabrication
• Knowledge/Experience on Service Now Ticketing Platform
• Documentation and administration/coordination skills

Competencies

• Experience in 24/7 monitoring setup and basic trouble shooting
• Knowledge in Incident/Request Management and Problem Management Automation mindset
• Confident in engaging with other teams in joint troubleshooting
• Team player with good communication skills
• Preferable experience from working in DevOps organizations
• Eager to learn and develop new skills
