We’re hiring! Join our team as a Mold Setter Technician and be part of a growing plastic injection molding manufacturer. If you have the skills to set up, install, and maintain molds for smooth production runs, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Experience in setting up molds for injection molding factories,
- No requirement for good parameter adjustment ability
- Can set up molds and handle alarms
- Assure that mold set up, changeovers, and housekeeping standards are met
- Ensure new job start-ups run correctly, making any necessary adjustments
- Work with production personnel to ensure molded parts meet requirements, make adjustments as necessary
- Troubleshoot processing problems including normal adjustments and checks
- Stop production to correct any quality issues
- Review and inspect machines daily for maintenance issues
- Follow all clean up and housekeeping procedures
- Comply with all safety, quality and work rules and regulations
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of mold setting experience in plastic injection molding.
- Technical/vocational training in manufacturing or mechanical technology preferred.
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read setup sheets and drawings.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
