ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in tracking and updating inventory of indirect materials (consumables, packaging, supplies, PPE).
- Help gather material requests from different departments.
- Support data entry and file organization (Excel or system-based).
- Participate in physical inventory checks.
- Assist in preparing simple reports as needed.
- Learn basic planning processes like stock monitoring and reordering.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Currently enrolled in a BS Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related course.
- Endorsed by school for internship/OJT.
- Basic Excel knowledge.
- Willing to learn and follow instructions.
PREFERRED:
- Basic understanding of supply chain concepts from school projects.
- Interest in materials planning or logistics.

- Detail-oriented
- Good communication
- Organized and responsible
- Team player
- Curious and eager to learn
