Practical Experience We Offer:
1. Assisting with Network Configuration:
- Support the configuration and deployment of network devices, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Work with Mimosa PTP and PTMP, Cambium Products, UBIQUITI, and other networking equipment.
2. Product Support and Troubleshooting:
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to network peripherals and connectivity.
- Provide support for Dahua products, ensuring the smooth operation of surveillance and security systems.
3. Client and End-User Support:
- Respond to client and end-user inquiries, providing technical support and guidance as needed.
- Assist with the Jollibee Ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of tickets and client satisfaction.
4. Inventory and RMA Handling:
- Manage and track inventory of network devices and peripherals.
- Assist with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, ensuring efficient handling of product returns and replacements.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps.
- Assist in preparing reports on network performance, client support activities, and other relevant metrics.
6. Learning and Development:
- Take the initiative to learn about the various network products and services handled by the department.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

Basic Requirements:
- Educational Background: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or a related field.
- Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to take on new challenges and continuously improve technical knowledge.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of networking concepts and familiarity with networking devices.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Team Player: Ability to work well within a team, collaborating with other engineers and departments.
- Willingness to work onsite (Monday to Friday) at our office in Makati City.
