Job Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Auditor Officer to support our restaurant group in maintaining financial integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies and food industry regulations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in auditing restaurant operations, financial transactions, inventory management, and internal controls across multiple outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits of restaurant locations covering cash handling, inventory, payroll, procurement, and food cost controls.
- Review financial records, POS system data, and vendor transactions for accuracy and compliance.
- Evaluate operational efficiency and adherence to health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Identify risks and propose practical recommendations to improve internal controls and reduce losses.
- Collaborate with restaurant managers to ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Monitor inventory and waste tracking systems to minimize food and beverage loss.
- Participate in fraud investigations and surprise audits when necessary.
- Assist with the development and continuous improvement of audit processes and checklists.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing, preferably within the hospitality or food & beverage industry.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory control, and POS systems.
- Strong understanding of internal controls, cost management, and industry best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and analytical thinking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; audit software experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel between restaurant locations as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
