Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Project Manager to lead and coordinate internal company initiatives and operational improvement projects. This role focuses on planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within scope, while managing resources and internal stakeholders across departments. You will help optimize workflows, enhance internal systems, and drive cross-functional collaboration to support strategic business goals.
This is a remote position based in the Philippines, requiring excellent communication skills, self-discipline, and the ability to operate with minimal supervision in a distributed environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management & Execution
Manage end-to-end internal projects, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk mitigation.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Use project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello, MS Project) to track and report progress.
Conduct regular check-ins with internal stakeholders to assess status and resolve blockers.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Serve as the primary liaison between departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
Facilitate internal meetings, document key decisions, and follow up on action items.
Collaborate with IT, HR, Finance, and other internal units to implement process improvements and optimize tools.
Continuous Improvement
Analyze current processes and recommend enhancements for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead post-project evaluations and develop reports on lessons learned and best practices.
Support the development and maintenance of internal documentation, SOPs, and guidelines.
Requirements
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, project management, or a related field.

3+ years of experience managing internal or cross-functional projects in a remote environment.

Strong command of English (both written and verbal).

Proficient in project management software and collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead without authority, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Preferred:

PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification.

Familiarity with agile methodologies or change management principles.
- Experience working with international teams or in a SaaS/software/tech-enabled company.
