Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service & Sales
- Handle outbound calls.
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide quotes and recommendations on suitable access equipment’s.
- Convert leads into sales and meet or exceed KPI’s.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
2. Order & Rental Coordination
- Process bookings for equipment hire.
- Liaise with Australian team to ensure availability and logistics of equipment.
3. Product Knowledge & Advice
- Understand different types of access hire equipment and their applications.
- Stay updated on safety regulations and equipment certifications.
- Provide customers with technical guidance and best-use practices.
- Training will be provided.
4. CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (NetSuite).
- Track sales performance and report daily updates.
- Follow up on quotes and rates daily.
5. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Australia sales managers.
- Coordinate with Australia teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide feedback to Australia managers and gather information on customer needs and market trends.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in internal sales, or construction industries preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close sales.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
KPIs & Performance Metrics:
- 8-10 Qualified leads daily
- Minimum of 60 calls daily
- NTA: 5 New trading accounts on first four months, 7 New Trading accounts for the next three months, 10 New trading accounts from 9th month.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and rental targets.
- Response time to customer inquiries and quote requests.
- Customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Accuracy in order processing and CRM data management.
Work Arrangement
- Office-based with phone and email communication.
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am-3pm or 7am-4pm, should complete nine (9) hours work, inclusive of one (1) hour lunch break
