Job Description
· To plan and manage physical inventory count through regular cycle count, wall to wall, count and releases count results on time.
· To organize meetings with Principal and Operations Team related to physical inventory counts and discuss count results, observations, findings, and suggest action to be taken to address inventory issues.
· To lead and monitor reconciliation processes to meet target KPI on inventory accuracy
· To ensure that all stock movements are properly documented, recorded, monitored and executed real time in the system.
· To check and validate processes in monitoring request for stock adjustment and approved request are transacted real time in the system.
· To monitor regularly stock adjustments and damaged stocks and clarify disposition from principal and concerned citizens.
· To evaluate and analyze inventory levels and report if there are discrepancies that are identified.
· To ensure strict compliance of Proper Material Handling.
· To monitor aging stocks to ensure compliance to First – In First- Out, First Expiry- First Out policy.
· To prepare and submit accurate and timely reports required by management and customers.
· To properly file, update and maintain all company records/documents.
· To perform other duties as required.
