JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy, Business Management, IT or equivalent.
- At least 2 Years of working experience in related function.
- Required Skill(s): Proficient in MS Applications, can multitask, resourceful, analytical, detailed and result-oriented.
- Willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna as reliever for 6 months.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Performs scheduled physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and consistency between actual stock levels and recorded data.
- Identifies and investigates discrepancies between physical stock and system records, determine root causes, and report findings to the Inventory Supervisor.
- Prepares and monitors Inventory Adjustment Forms.
- Prepares and verifies the accuracy of the monthly reports
- Organizes and files cycle count and inventory adjustment documents.
- Assists with annual inventory counts and reconciliates activities.
