Job Description:
The primary responsibility is to ensure that all transactions are encoded in the system on time and accurate including stocks transfer transactions; assist in the reconciliation of variances, and to assist in the performance of other inventory processes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and ensure that all transactions in the system are properly processed on time such as receiving of incoming deliveries, stocks transfer and processing of Stocks Request Form.
- Ensures that all physical and system movements are authorized and documented
- Accountable and responsible for the accuracy of inventory records on both physical and system inventory
- Assist Inventory Supervisor in reports preparation
- Reports inventory on a daily basis and perform timely, efficient and accurate inventory adjustment
- Provides updated system information
- Other task that may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any business course
- At least 1 year experience in Inventory Control & Variance reconciliation (Open for Fresh Grad)
- Knowledgeable in CYCLE COUNT process and RECON procedure
- With Quickbooks experience - knowledgeable in the use of any warehouse management system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application especially EXCEL
- Proficient in both oral and written communication
