Job Description
- Conduct inventory count by checking the actual items in the stores and DC on a regular scheduled basis or surprise.
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels per store, and tracks and investigates problems.
- Witnessing the disposal of damaged, Expired items in stores and DC.
- Perform audit, cash count and checking stores and DC documents.
- Maintain database, perform a physical count of inventory, and reconcile actual stock count to computer-generated report.
- Records purchases, returns, stock correction, and sales, witness the product disposal, and records the amount of company lost.
- Perform data corrections or make reversal of wrong data transactions.
- Lead, guide, and train new staff, student employees and internal performing related work.
- Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering the phone, and other miscellaneous job-related duties assigned.
- To keep the comfort and cleanliness of office and workspace.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Inventory Control in retail industry).
- Ability to work as a team and work outside (in all Stores and DC locations).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
