Job Summary:
The Inventory Controller is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, data entry, and coordination with other departments. This position ensures that physical stock levels match system records and supports efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of inventory items.
- Update inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP.
- Reconcile physical stock with system data and report discrepancies.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to locate and identify misplaced or damaged goods.
- Prepare inventory reports and submit them to supervisors or auditors as required.
- Monitor inventory movement and assist in minimizing stock variances and losses.
- Ensure all stock areas are clean, organized, and properly labeled.
- Follow safety and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
- Assist during internal and external inventory audits.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or vocational course graduate (college level preferred).
- 1+ year of experience in warehousing, inventory control, or a related field.
- Basic computer literacy (Excel, inventory software, WMS knowledge is a plus).
- Good math and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physically fit and able to lift or move items as needed.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
