1. Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to ensure adequate stocks is available.
2. Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory processes.
3. Manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy of inventory tracking.
4. Inventory aging analysis and proper implementation of FIFO, FEFO and LIFO.
5. Provide analysis on the common inventory errors and variances that affect Inventory Records Accuracy.
6. Able to reconcile system vs. physical item count to avoid shrinkage due to inventory losses.
7. Conducts regular cycle count and reports IRA on daily, weekly or monthly basis.
8. Reports daily Warehouse Space Utilization to identify available pallet position for incoming deliveries.
Requirements:
1. At least three (3) years of relevant experience in Inventory Management
2.Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Logistics / Supply Chain Management or any related course.
3. Must have excellent skills in communication, people handling, coordination, and problem-solving.
4. Inventory and warehousing operation skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills
6. Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff.
7. Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly MS Excel
