Job Title: Inventory Field Inspector (Project - Based)
Job Summary: The Inventory Field Inspector is responsible for reviewing and validating sales-related documents and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. This role involves conducting on-site verification, spot checks, and compliance audits to prevent discrepancies and mitigate fraudulent activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve, review, and validate the completeness and accuracy of sales documentation in line with established sales processes
- Coordinate professionally with store and outlet personnel to collect and verify sales invoices, delivery receipts, return slips, and other supporting documents
- Conduct spot checks such as inventory audits and cash counts to ensure alignment between physical stocks and system records
- Perform thorough compliance checks to identify discrepancies, potential fraud, and violations of company guidelines
- Accurately document findings and prepare detailed daily route ride reports, highlighting observations and irregularities
Qualifications:
- At least a college-level education or graduate of a business or vocational course/certification
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in compliance, audit, or a related field
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to various locations for document retrieval and discrepancy validation
- Must be able to operate at least a 2-wheeled vehicle and possess a valid Driver’s License
