Job Description:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records through regular counts and audits.
- Ensure the correctness of data entry and system encoding related to inventory movements (inbound, outbound, adjustments).
- Verify stock levels and discrepancies, reporting and resolving any inconsistencies in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and other departments to validate stock availability and movement.
- Assist in balancing inventory records in the system, ensuring they match physical counts.
- Prepare inventory reports and support month-end and year-end inventory processes.
- Adhere to company procedures and standards for inventory control and documentation.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business course or vocational
- Proven experience as an Inventory Specialist, Checker, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic Microsoft Office tools
- Amenable to work at Cold Storage, San Simon. Pampanga
