Job Description
The Audit Checker under immediate supervision of the Audit Checker Supervisor is mainly responsible in the verification of quantity of items to be loaded for delivery/transfer. He needs to ensure accuracy and completeness of the quantity of items.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensures accuracy and completeness of: (a) items for delivery/transfer; (b) customer returns; in terms of item description and quantity. No short/over variance in items for loading. Any discrepancies should be promptly and properly reported to the Audit Checker Supervisor for proper disposition.
2. Validates loading of items based on Delivery Receipts and/or Stocks Transfer Slip copy provided by Distribution Department.
3. Ensures loading bays area are restricted from other items not intended for loading.
4. Reviews accuracy of details in Gate Pass and confirms that all Delivery Receipt references of items loaded and Sales Invoice References are completely indicated in the Gate Pass.
5. Ensures compliance on the Standard Delivery Loading Schedule and strictly monitors the timeliness of actual loading based on standard loading time per truck and per batch.
