Job Summary:
The Inventory Officer is the overall in-charge of the implementation of the Control procedures and security of company assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Administration related courses
- With at least 2 years relevant experience in control, audit and inventory
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures the safety and security of the company assets that includes cash, inventory, documents, data, receivables, and fixed assets
- Ensures inventory accuracy
- Assists in the implementation of the control standards
- In-charge on the training and development of the Control personnel
- Ensures that all the standards are implemented as a process champion of selling, front end, warehouse operations and clearing procedures
- Ensures the accuracy and timely submission of reports.
