The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records, proper stock handling, and compliance with company and client requirements. This role leads the inventory team in maintaining stock accuracy, monitoring replenishment, and resolving discrepancies to support efficient warehouse and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily inventory activities, ensuring accuracy in item count, location, and expiry.
Lead cycle counts, wall-to-wall counts, and discrepancy reconciliations.
Oversee inventory replenishment and ensure shelf-life compliance.
Prepare and analyze inventory reports, recommending corrective actions as needed.
Provide leadership and guidance to inventory staff, ensuring effective task delegation.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to address inventory concerns.
Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements on inventory handling.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Supply Chain/Logistics preferred).
At least 3–4 years of work experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management.
Prior supervisory experience in inventory or warehouse operations.
Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management systems.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure and flexible with work schedules.
