Job Summary
The ISO Facilitator is responsible for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the company’s management systems in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management). The role coordinates internal audits, documentation, employee awareness, and compliance activities to ensure all departments meet relevant ISO standards. Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards across the organization.
- Maintain controlled documents including policies, procedures, and records to ensure alignment with ISO requirements.
- Coordinate internal audits: plan audit schedules, support auditor teams, and track audit findings and corrective actions.
- Assist departments in identifying and addressing nonconformities, risks, and environmental aspects.
- Conduct and organize training sessions to raise ISO awareness and promote a culture of quality and environmental responsibility.
- Monitor the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support preparations for external audits and liaise with certification bodies.
- Provide regular compliance reports to management and recommend system improvements.
- Stay up to date with changes in ISO standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, or any related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in ISO implementation or audit facilitation.
- Trained Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 and/or ISO 14001:2015 preferred.
- Working knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
