The Guidance Counselor/ Facilitator reports to the Student Development Center (SDC) Coordinator and closely coordinates with the Homeroom Advisers and Grade Leaders of his or her assigned level/s in the implementation of the Guidance Program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Performs job functions consistent with CSQC’s Vision-Mission and the Claretian values and charism
2. Coordinates with the Coordinator in planning, implementing, and assessing the guidance program for the respective level assignment
3. Coordinates the organization of seminars/training program for students, teachers, and/or parents
4. Attends to referrals, routine interviews, individual/group counseling, parent consultations, follow-up of students, and related functions
5. Provides the necessary student data which may be of help in the deliberation for student awards and promotions, retentions, probations and in giving sanctions
6. Keeps an inventory of individual student cumulative records
7. Conducts action research studies in support of the school’s guidance program
8. Prepares and submits monthly logbook of undertakings to the Coordinator
9. Submits mid-year and year-end reports which include evaluation aspect
10. Performs other related tasks that maybe delegated at any given time
Qualifications:
-Knows the MS Teams application
-Bachelor of Science in Psychology preferably with MA in Guidance and Counseling
-At least 1 year of working experience in a school setting
- Excellent communication skills, time management and prioritization skills, detail-oriented, analytical thinking, has the ability to undertake pressure
-Flexibility and high adaptation skills to work successfully in an unpredictable school setting

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
