The Role
As an ITX Admin at Stratpoint, you will be part of the ITX team responsible for supporting users, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services. You'll serve as the first point of contact for user support, manage tickets, maintain IT assets, support infrastructure and facilities, and contribute to team documentation and knowledge sharing. You’ll also play a key role in upholding endpoint security and compliance through industry tools and best practices.

Your Team
You’ll join the ITX (IT experience) team, where you’ll work with teammates dedicated to ensuring seamless day-to-day technology operations. You’ll collaborate with both technical and non-technical departments to resolve issues, support infrastructure needs, and improve the overall tech experience across Stratpoint.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support in configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues for internal users.
- Manage deployment, tracking, and inventory of IT assets such as laptops, test devices, and peripherals.
- Enforce endpoint compliance including encryption, patching, antivirus updates, and security configurations.
- Set up and administer user accounts, devices, and access permissions across systems.
- Monitor and maintain IT facilities including server rooms, ensuring environmental controls and equipment health.
- Support CCTV operations by monitoring systems, backing up footage, and troubleshooting camera or DVR issues.
- Provide technical setup and assistance for internal and external events, including AV and network support.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, procedures, and troubleshooting guides; assist in knowledge sharing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex issues and continuously improve systems.
About You
You are/have:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or related roles.
- A graduate of Computer Science, BS Information Technology, BS Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge in network configuration and troubleshooting (e.g., IP addressing, routers, switches, Wi-Fi).
- Exposure to firewall rules, VLANs, or network monitoring tools.
- Strong attention to detail; precise and careful in your work.
- Eagerness to learn across multiple platforms, including Mac, Windows, and Linux.
- A learner’s mindset and willingness to grow across various IT domains.
- Quick to adapt to changing environments and situations.
- Excellent problem-solving and remediation skills.
- A self-starter who thrives in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with users across the organization.
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Willing to work shifting schedules when required.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with patching systems, endpoint hardening, or scripting for automation.
- Experience administering Google Workspace, ManageEngine (UEM and ServiceDesk Plus), and Sophos Endpoint Security
- Experience supporting audits or compliance initiatives
