Job responsibilities:
- To be mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them.
- To talk to staffs through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software replace parts if required.
- To provide technical assistance/support, including procedural documentation and relevant follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and/or Information Technology
- Must be knowledgeable in PHP and Mysql
- At least 1 year of working experience in System Support/Programming
- Solid understandin of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and advanced networking concepts
- Familiarity with network topologies and cabling standards.
- Demonstrable experience with Ubiquiti or similar network devices(switches, access points) for configuration, monitoring and basic troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365/Google Workspace administration and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of firewall concepts and experience with Sophos Firewall (or similar enterprise-grade firewalls) for traffic monitoring, rule analysis, and basic policy adjustments.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, including anti-malware, patching, and data security
- Experience in server management servers across both Linux or windows environments
- Experience in managing servers across both Linux and Windows platforms is a plus
- Experience with ticketing and asset management systems is a plus

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
