JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the efficient operation of the IT infrastructure.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
- Provide general IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install and configure new hardware, software, and other IT equipment.
- Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of IT systems and network infrastructures.
- Respond to IT helpdesk tickets and resolve technical issues for end-users.
- Perform regular backups and system updates.
- Assist with setting up and configuring workstations and other IT equipment.
- Maintain and monitor internal IT systems, ensuring they remain functional and secure.
- Assist senior IT staff with larger IT projects and tasks.
- Document procedures and create user manuals for IT processes.
- Assist with training end-users on basic IT tools and software.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s / College Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
Experience: Preferably 1 year of working experience in the related field, can drive 4-wheel AT/MT
