Role: IT Helpdesk Support
Job Description:
AAISI onsite personnel shall carry out the following activities as part of technical service works and general assistance for IT departments:
· Has basic implementation / troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, peripherals and network)
· Familiarity with Windows and DOS commands
· Basic understanding of networks (IP, DNS, routers, etc.)
· Software installation, updates, and system maintenance / deployments
· Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Knowledgeable in helpdesk/ticketing systems
Qualifications
· Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or any IT related course
· Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or any related roles
· Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
· Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and work effectively in a team
Location: AFC Industrial Park Batangas II, Mariveles Bataan
Schedule: Onsite (Monday - Friday)

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
