ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
1. Responsible of customer issues reported and see problems to resolution.
2. Repairing and maintaining all IT workstations and related accessories.
3. Tracking all IT assets and other trackers.
4. You will perform a technical check on all applicants who want to work from home to ensure that all requirements are met.
5. Experience with VPN networking and basic home office router troubleshooting for remote employees (recommended but not required).
6. Must have technical skills on PC hardware and software, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
7. Experience with basic web browser troubleshooting.
8. Knowledgeable of structured cabling and configuration of systems.
9. Knowledgeable of Microsoft 365.
10. Experience in Active Directory is a plus.
11. Basic networking skills
12. Ability to keep company passwords and information confidential
13. Experience in VoIP
14. Perform other tasks assigned from time to time
15. Managing and resolving Support Tickets
16. Perform other duties as required.
