IT Manager

We are seeking a hands-on IT Manager who can lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and IT infrastructure standards. This is both a strategic and operational role - ideal for someone who can set policies, manage audits, and also roll up their sleeves in the data room or cloud console.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's ISO 27001, NIS 2, and SOC 2 certification efforts, including gap analysis, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Oversee IT infrastructure in our three data centers (PH, Oslo, Houston) and in Azure and AWS.
• Implement and maintain robust IT security controls, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Manage access control, monitoring, and incident response across environments.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards relevant to our industry.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to drive security culture and awareness.
• Manage IT staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations and compliance alignment.

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or NIS 2 implementations or audits.
• Strong background in hybrid environments (on-prem data centers + Azure + AWS).
• Knowledge of networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and security tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT management and information security leadership.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementor / Auditor).
