As IT support you will be responsible to monitor activities on 50 users to determine hours per week; to aid our US Manager to deploy AWS Workspaces (Cloud Based)
Goel Services, Inc. is currently seeking for a Help Desk: :Analyst: in Landover, MD to work for an IT Services team supporting a internal employees and external end-users in fast-paced environment. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and experience providing over-the-phone support for software or web-based systems
Responsibilities for the Help Desk Analyst include:
- Working within a small internal and external IT Help Desk Support (70 work spaces / 40 printers) using Amazon Workspaces
- WordPress for creating websites and updating our websites
- Overseeing employee monitoring and productivity software
- Working within a small internal and external IT Help Desk Support (45 work spaces using Amazon Workspaces
- Providing user administration, hardware and software troubleshooting, and access control management
- Support end-users and trouble shoot issues with software and online-based system
- Working closely with Tier 2 Technical Team to escalate tickets and resolve end user issues
- Sales and disposition of obsolete or unused IT equipment - EBay Store
- First point of contact for troubleshooting of IT problems; resolving the problem if possible, with an appropriate sense of urgency. Provide IT support to end users, both on- and off-site.
- Provide IT systems orientation to new staff members.
- Provide mobile and IP telephony phone support.
- Online services administration and support (electronic signatures, e-mail security, file sharing, mobile devices, online meeting, etc.).
- Develop instructional documents.
- Keep abreast of IT technology.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for the Help Desk Analyst include:
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Experience in Active Directory, Sharepoint, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft BI, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office, mobile OS (iOS & Android), and PDQ Deploy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop alternative solutions.
Compensation for the Help Desk Analyst includes:
This is full time - Our starting rate 55,000 PHP per month - 45 hrs. per week paid thru PayPal at a total amount of 13,000 PHP per week (PayPal has fees)
Hours for the position are Manilla Time = Monday - Friday - 3 PM to 12 AM (midnight):
This is 5 days a week - 9 hours per day starting in the evening and finishing at night.:
