- User Support:
- Respond to incoming support requests via Ticketing System, Email and teams.
- Provide timely and effective technical assistance to end-users.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, software, and peripherals.
- Problem Diagnosis and Resolution:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to identify root causes.
- Walk users through problem-solving steps and provide clear instructions.
- Escalate issues to appropriate IT personnel when necessary.
- Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of support requests, solutions provided, and relevant information.
- Promote security awareness and adherence to IT policies.
- Hardware and Software Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and system upgrades.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
- Remote Support:
- Provide remote assistance to users in different locations using remote desktop tools.
- Ensure secure and effective remote access solutions.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
- Work closely with other departments to understand and address specific IT needs.
- IT Asset Management:
- Track and manage IT assets, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses.
- Assist with inventory management and procurement processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1 year IT related Experience
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and network architecture.
- Proficiency in cybersecurity and data management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.
- Can work on-site in Eastwood, Quezon City and shifting schedule.
- Ability to work under pressure.
