Administrative Support:
- Answering phone calls, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings.
- Maintaining records, including employee records, contracts, and compliance documents.
- Filing, photocopying, and other clerical duties.
- Assisting with company events and visitors.
- Liaising between departments.
Facilities Management:
- Monitoring and processing maintenance requests.
- Ensuring cleanliness of office areas.
- Overseeing daily maintenance of facility systems.
- Assisting with space planning and office moves.
- Managing facility vendors and contractors.
Other:
- Coordinating with other departments and employees
- Assisting with incident reporting and providing feedback to management.
- Monitoring maintenance staff schedules and activities.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and ability to multitask.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of office equipment and software.
- Knowledge of building maintenance and safety regulations.
