- Any IT related course

- At least basic knowledge of Server, Network, and System

- Ensure the smooth function of the site assigned
- Documentation and site preparation - troubleshoot software and hardware - Installation of OS
- Support all technicalities of the site
- Do clerical and administrative duties
- Do things assigned from time to time
