Networld Hotel Management Corp. is seeking an enthusiastic IT Staff to join our team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and IT services to our hotel operations.
What you'll be doing
- Provide first-line technical support, resolving hardware and software-related issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, printers and other IT equipment.
- Assist with the installation, configuration and deployment of new IT systems and applications.
- Perform regular software updates, system backups and data management tasks.
- Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers to coordinate maintenance and repairs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
What we're looking for
- Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related course.
- 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role within the hospitality industry is a plus, but Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to assist effectively.
- Familiarity with common hotel management software and systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies and skills.
