We are looking for an IT Supervisor to lead our IT team and ensure smooth operation of all company systems, networks, and security. The role includes supervising IT staff, managing infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and implementing technology solutions that support business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily IT operations including networks, servers, and security systems.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to IT staff.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement timely solutions.
- Ensure data protection, cybersecurity, and backup systems are in place and reliable.
- Implement and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related requirements.
- Prepare IT reports and recommend upgrades, improvements, and cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience as IT Supervisor/Officer or similar role
- Strong knowledge in networks, servers, and IT security practices
- Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- IT certifications (CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL) are an advantage
- Willing to start ASAP
- Willing to work on-site in Sta. Cruz, Guiguinto, Bulacan.
