Key Responsibilities
· Handle incoming calls about resort bookings and reservations
· Provide accurate information on resort availability, pricing, and services
· Process payments securely
· Maintain and update the reservation system with complete, accurate information
· Assist with special requests and resolve issues
· Gather and manage guest feedback
· Collaborate with colleagues to exceed guest expectations

· Graveyard shift
Ideal Candidate
· Excellent spoken and written English
· Customer service experience; hospitality experience preferred
· Strong problem-solving skills and composure under pressure
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; reservation software experience a plus
· Team player and passionate about travel and outdoor activities
