- Perform and monitor daily system backups to ensure data integrity and security.
- Manage biometric device registration and troubleshoot related issues.
- Oversee and ensure timely daily uploads from the POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Monitor network performance and conduct troubleshooting to resolve connectivity or system issues.
- Provide support and training on POS operations to relevant personnel.
- Monitor website performance and uptime, addressing any functionality concerns.
- Assist in the design and implementation of CCTV systems.
- Coordinate applications and installations for internet connectivity across branches or sites.
- Monitor IT-related billing for accuracy and compliance.
- Recommend IT equipment and software for procurement based on performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide timely resolution of daily IT issues to ensure smooth business operations.
