Responsibilities:
IT Support will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and support users across various branches. This full-time, on-site role includes installation, repair, and configuration of computer systems, and may involve regular fieldwork and travel.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of Information Technology or any related course.
- Knowledgeable in hardware troubleshooting and local network setup.
- Knowledgeable in computer hardware and software installation.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- With a valid driver’s license.
- Willing to travel and perform field work in the area assigned.
- Willing to be trained in Cebu for 1 month.
- Excellent customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
- A team player with a sense of accountability.
- Available to start immediately.
