- Maintain accurate records of inventory, raw materials, labor, and overhead costs.
- Monitor daily production costs and ensure correct allocation to cost centers.
- Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts based on cost data.
- Conduct reconciliations of cost accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with production, purchasing, and finance teams to ensure proper cost control.
- Generate reports using SAP and QuickBooks for management decision-making.
- Assist in audits by providing accurate cost records and supporting documents.
- Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
