Job Summary:
The Junior Architect will support the successful planning and implementation of The Lind Coron’s pre-opening construction phase. This role works closely with design consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the project is delivered in accordance with The Lind brand standards, architectural vision, and functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination of architectural design development from concept to construction documentation.
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with design intent and operational needs.
- Support site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality of work, and adherence to architectural plans.
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date as-built drawings and other architectural documentation.
- Coordinate responses to RFIs, technical clarifications, and design-related concerns raised during construction.
- Collaborate with MEPF, structural, interior, and other disciplines to ensure alignment of all design components.
- Assist in reviewing material samples and mock-ups for compliance with design specifications.
- Participate in construction and coordination meetings; assist in documenting minutes or follow-up actions.
- Help identify architectural-related punch list items and assist in the completion and close-out phase.
- Maintain organized records of architectural plans, revisions, approvals, and correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design, site coordination, or construction in hospitality or commercial projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe software; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to relocate and be assigned on-site in Coron, Palawan for the duration of the contract.
- Can start immediately is an advantage.
- Must be amenable to a project-based contract (minimum of 5 months, subject to extension depending on project progress).

Contract length: 5 months
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
