About the Role
Seeking an architect expert in Revit with a strong background in residential architecture. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our design team and client to translate conceptual ideas into detailed architectural plans. This position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in English, and the ability to manage multiple residential projects with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and modify architectural plans using Revit software.
- Translate conceptual sketches and ideas into technical, detailed architectural designs.
- Collaborate with architects and planners to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project.
- Produce accurate drawings and documentation for residential projects.
- Ensure all plans comply with relevant codes and regulations.
- Manage updates and revisions based on client feedback.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Revit (high-level proficiency required).
- Strong experience in residential architectural planning.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage revisions with minimal supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php37,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
