- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality beverages especially coffee in accordance with company recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment for all customers and staff.
- Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance to support the team and store operations.
- Contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere, upholding all store policies and procedures.
Job Specifications
- Prior experience in the food service industry is required.
- A Barista certification is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
