<b>Job Summary:</b><br />
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior EDI Support Developer to join our team. This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates with basic knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) concepts and a passion for technical troubleshooting and client support.
<hr /><b>Key Responsibilities:</b>
<ul>
<li>Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving EDI transaction issues.</li>
<li>Support daily EDI operations, including file transmissions, error handling, and issue escalation.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams and external trading partners to ensure smooth EDI communication.</li>
<li>Maintain and update documentation for EDI workflows and procedures.</li>
<li>Assist in onboarding new trading partners and setting up EDI maps under guidance.</li>
<li>Provide first-level support for EDI-related incidents and escalate unresolved issues.</li>
<li>Perform routine checks and audits on EDI systems and data flows.</li>
<li>Learn and grow in EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, XML, etc.) and communication protocols (FTP, AS2, etc.).</li>
</ul>
<hr /><b>Required Skills:</b>
<ul>
<li>Basic understanding of EDI concepts and business processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay).</li>
<li>Familiarity with any EDI tools or integration platforms is a plus (e.g., IBM Sterling, Dell Boomi, Seeburger, etc.).</li>
<li>Good problem-solving and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Effective communication skills and willingness to work in a support role.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of SQL or scripting languages is an advantage.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.</li>
</ul>

<li>Exposure to supply chain or logistics industry processes.</li>
