Your Mission Will Be ToEDI Transaction Management
Process incoming and outgoing EDI documents (e.g., 850, 860, 856, 810)
Ensure timely responses to all transactions, maintaining compliance with trading partner requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve EDI errors or transmission failures, working closely with IT, ERP admins, and vendors
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Manage full sales order lifecycle in NetSuite & EDI platforms
Coordinate across departments to resolve order discrepancies, backorders, and special requests
Support the invoicing process, returns, and other postorder activities
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Generate reports on EDI performance metrics, processing times, and error rates
Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy
Stay on top of EDI and NetSuite best practices to optimize workflows

Strong proficiency in NetSuite ERP
Familiarity with EDI platforms such as SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field
