Join Our Finance Team as a Junior Financial Accountant

We’re now on the lookout for a Junior Finance Accountant to support our Finance Team and help us keep our numbers sharp and our compliance spot on.

What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting directly to our Financial Accountant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our finance operations running smoothly. Expect a mix of structure and variety — no two days are quite the same!
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- ✔️ Make sure all activities in our vendor and customer contracts are delivered accurately and on time — with proper documentation to back it all up.
- Assist with reconciling balance sheet control accounts to ensure our monthly financials are accurate and trustworthy.
- Help prepare all the essentials for PEZA compliance — from monthly and quarterly reports to applications for ITH incentives, VAT zero-rating, CETI, TIMTA, and more.
- Support the timely and accurate filing of tax returns and other BIR regulatory compliance requirements.
- Assist in compiling annual reports for the SEC, BIR, and PEZA.
- Help put together audit schedules for our external auditors during year-end financial statement reviews.
- Suggest improvements to our accounting processes — we love fresh ideas!
- Be part of the Netsuite implementation journey — an exciting move that’s transforming our finance tech stack.
- Jump in on special projects, team initiatives, and one-off admin tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology
- At least 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting
- CPA? That’s a plus, but not required!
Extra Brownie Points If You Have:
- Hands-on experience with BIR tax and PEZA compliance
- Familiarity with accounting tools like Xero or Netsuite
- Excel wizardry and solid MS Office skills
- Exposure to working in a multinational or group company setting
