- Support the physical, emotional, and social development of children in a positive, responsive manner.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Observe and document children's progress; contribute to parent-teacher conferences and progress reports.
- Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school administration.
- Assist in managing classroom routines, transitions, and behavior guidance.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to enhance the educational experience.
