JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A graduate of any 4-year course.
- 1-3 Yrs Relevant work experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Highly personable, confident, aggressive, sales driven and customer oriented.
- Should possess exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts, highly organized and able to coordinate well with the team members.
- Good customer services sense and relationship management skills.
- Good business / industry knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn/trained.
- Successful hired will be based in Panay Avenue, Quezon City.
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participates lead generation strategies, such as cold calling, to identify business prospects and create a list of potential customers
- Follow up with event attendees to generate and qualify leads; follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
- Utilize resources to contact customers and assess their interest in different products and solutions offered by the company; understand each individual requirement and make product/solutions recommendation based on an identified requirement.
- Monitor and update regularly a database of customers, logs actions taken and the outcome of each interaction
- Periodically check customers' feedback and ensure customer satisfaction; creates opportunity for retention/renewal, upgrade or upsell of products and solutions
- Collaborate with relevant/related departments to identify and continuously improve selling methods and shorten selling cycles
- Uphold standards of integrity and accountability, self-motivation, time management and productivity; Sales Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers; Gather information about customers' business products and process, and their transportation challenges; explain World Class Laminate products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
- Find, Grow and Keep Customers: Seek and identify opportunities to grow the business with customers; lead generation; research and qualify new leads; contact customers to solicit sales.
- Pricing proposal: Prepare a sales proposal to target the needs of customers.
- General Account Management and Services: answer customer questions about World Class Laminate products or services; execute implementation plans with customers; Monitor implementation progress to ensure timelines are met; identify barriers to successful implementation and recommend ways to remove or minimize the barriers; contact customers to find out how well the solutions are meeting their business needs; maintain good relationship with customers.
- Other duties may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
