Job Summary:
As a Junior Sales Representative, The focus will be on supporting the sales team by identifying leads, building relationships with clients, and assisting in closing deals, while also learning the sales process and company products/services.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a drive to succeed. They should be confident in their ability to build relationships and close deals, as well as possess excellent communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to develop and implement sales strategies, as well as providing support to the sales team in order to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Qualification:
· Identify potential clients and prospects through various methods (cold calling, networking, research).
· Qualify leads by understanding their needs and assessing their potential as customers.
- Client Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
· Provide excellent customer service and address their inquiries and concerns to ensue customer satisfaction.
- Sales Support:
· Assist senior sales executives in preparing and delivering sales presentations.
· Prepare and submit sales contracts and obtain deposits and payments from clients.
· Maintain client records and update CRM systems.
· Participate in trade shows and conferences to promote company products.
- Sales Process:
· Learn and follow the company's sales process and procedures.
· Assist in negotiating deals and closing sales.
- Reporting and Analysis:
· Prepare and submit sales reports and track performance metrics.
· Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Administrative Tasks:
· Handle administrative tasks related to sales, such as preparing documents and managing correspondence.
Qualifications:
- A college degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or Communications) is a plus but not required.
- 1 Year experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with customers and address their needs.
- Motivated and eager to achieve sales goals.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
