- Track stock levels and maintain accurate records to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Act as a liaison between the kitchen staff, management, and other departments (e.g., front-of-house, procurement).
- Communicate updates, policy changes, and operational requirements to the kitchen team.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support kitchen operation.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelors/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/ Hotel Management
- Minimum of at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite for record-keeping and reporting
