Your Role
As Kitchen Assistant, you will support the Head Chef in daily operations and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic kitchen environment. We’re looking for someone versatile, reliable, and ready to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation for Mediterranean dishes
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
- Support the chef in cooking, plating, and service when needed
- Help with inventory, storage, and basic kitchen operations
- Follow hygiene and safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen
- Basic knowledge of cooking and food preparation
- Passionate, hardworking, and eager to learn Mediterranean cuisine
- Ability to work well in a small team
- Preferably living in or near Tagaytay
